The Balanced Biome Program covers nutrition basics using “food as body fuel” principles, and lifestyle hacks and habits that I believe are key to powering your wellness to the next level. Human anatomy as it relates to the functions of the body is also covered.
Whether you’re interested in weight loss, lifestyle hacks for every day people, habit changes due to a new diagnosis, or eating for certain conditions, this information is helpful to all.

Nutrition for Retirement is an abbreviated Balanced Biome Program with emphasis on bodies in middle years.
We all plan for retirement -- we plan financially, and create our bucketlists and travel destinations, but how many people consider wellness as part of their retirement planning? You're likely to spend less on healthcare in retirement taking care of your body now. If you are already retired, perhaps there are steps to take to reduce your current healthcare costs.
We work hard during our career lives, and we want to be able to feel good and live well during our retirement years -- to create a healthspan that equals our lifespan.

This workshop was born from personal experiences and many conversations over the years. It's an empowerment workshop with a structure that helps to focus on what is important in your life, and tools that help you with details. This includes habits that keep awareness of outcomes top of mind, and especially to appreciate and enjoy the journey. Because that’s what it’s all about!
