Lifestyle and Nutrition go hand-in-hand. Your daily habits are as important as the food you eat and can strongly influence how your body digests and absorbs nutrients that create the fuel you use each day.
I believe awareness of lifestyle habits and behaviors is key to a clients’ overall wellness and their ability to succeed at the outcomes they want to achieve.
A note about the word “goals”. I believe goals to be important. We cannot improve on what we do not measure. However, attaining a goal implies an ending, and I strongly encourage the enjoyment of sustainable practices in our daily lives.
